Start Your Membership

  1. You will find find a form at the end of these instructions.  Complete the form after you have read the instructions.
  2. When you submit the form, I will get an email notification that your form is completed.  I will enter the information you provided into our membership computer.
  3. Once I get the information entered into the computer, I will make a key for you.  I will put the key, a member policies form, and a keyholder policies from in an envelope with your name on it, and I will tape it to the gym office door.  Note the location of the office door in the picture below.  I will send another email when everything is ready for you to come in to sign your papers and pick up your key.
  4.  The purpose of the keyholder policies form is to make sure you know our safety information.  Watch the keyholder policies video before you sign the form .  Click this link to view our keyholder policies video.
