You can use this form to make secure credit card payments for memberships or any other type of purchase while you are at the gym.
To start your credit card payment,
- Enter your member name(s) or any other information about your purchase in the space below. Include all family members’ names if you are paying for a family membership. Then click the “Pay Now” button.
- When you click the “Pay Now” button, you will be directed to our bank’s secure credit card processing site, Transaction Express.
- Enter the amount of your payment, credit card information, and your contact information on the form.
- When you are finished, you will need to click the “I’m not a robot” box in the lower right before you click the “Submit” button.
- You will be returned to the CR Wellness site when you complete your payment.

Membership Rates (Minimum age is 14)
Rates if you sign up for a 12 Month Membership
Individual $25 / month
Families Any two family members (requires one parent) living at the same address $45 / month. Addition school age family members are $8 per month for each high school age child living at the family address
Rates for Shorter Memberships
$28 / month for 6 months (no family plans)
$30 / month for 3 month
$45 for one month
$5 for one day
Student and Veteran Rates
Students (14 and up, including post high school) and veterans $25 / month, no requirement to sign up for a full year.
High school credit recovery $25 per month per student
