You can use the  form below to make secure credit card donations to the gym.  If you are able to itemize deductions on your taxes, your donation will be tax deductable, since we are a 501(c)(3) non profit corporation.  We will send a confirmation message you can save for your records.

 

To start your credit card donation:

1. Enter your name and email address in the space below.  Then click the “Donate” button.
2. When you click the “Donate” button, you will be directed to our bank’s secure credit card processing site, Transaction Express.
3. Enter the amount of your donation, credit card information, and your contact information on the form.
4. When you are finished, you will need to click the “I’m not a robot” box in the lower right before you click the “Submit” button.
5. You will be returned to the CR Wellness site when your transaction is complete.
