Credit Card Payments

Make a One Time Payment for One Year Plans by Credit Card.  To start your credit card payment,
  1. Enter your member name(s) in the space below. Include all family members' names if you are joining as a family.
  2. Select the amount of your payment using the drop down next to deposit amount.
    • 1 Adult for 1 year $25.00 / year
    • 2 Adults from same family $45.00 / year
    • 2 Adults and 1 school age child same family $53.00 / year
    • 2 Adults and 2 school age children same family $61.00 / year
    • 2 Adults and 3 school age children same family $69.00
    If you need a different plan, send an email to crwellness@embarqmail.com
  3. When you click the "Pay Now" button, you will be directed to our bank's secure credit card processing site, Transaction Express.
  4. After you fill in your credit card information, you will need to click the "I'm not a robot" box in the lower right before you click the "Submit" button.
You will be returned to the CR Wellness site when you complete your payment.
